This was my first time having Cuban food and first time trying this restaurant. The empanada was really good. Filling was tender and juicy but not to the point where it interfered with the crispy outside. I had the churrasco steak with white rice and black beans for my entree and it was okay. I’d rate that 5 out of 10. I also had the Hennessy blackberry mojito and that was also pretty good. The blackberry was very faint but the drink was still refreshing. When I go back I’ll definitely be trying the Havana 1957 signature dish. It looked pretty good and I was torn between that and the churrasco.

In Miami for the weekend specifically the Miramar area and we were looking for Cuban food without going further into Miami. We heard good things about this place so we decided to give it a try. For a Friday night we sat down right away, restaurant has a very good atmosphere, live music and good amount of traffic. Also part of a nice outdoor mall. They made a good strawberry mojito, the yuca appetizer- bocaditos was good, little too oily but good flavor. Had Moro with yuca and palomilla steak in addition to their Cuban sandwich. Rice and yuca were good, steak had good flavor but not a traditional cut. Sandwich was good but also not traditional Cuban bread. But again all had good flavors and made well. We finished it with the cafe 57 coffee and flan. Coffee very good, flan had a good flavor but not enough caramel so little dry. Their service was just ok, had to find waitress a couple times. I would return for sure as I felt the food overall was good.

Had a great time tonight and a great meal Compliments to the chef. Food was succulent and juciey. The drinks were strong and vibrant (bought the super mohito). Wait service was 4 star. Friendly staff. Everyone greets u as you walk in and thanks you as you walk out. Nice ambiance and live band in the evening. The live band even played happy birthday song for my brother. Visited on a Thursday for my little brother's birthday dinner. 3rd time at a Havana 1957 location ,but first time at Pembroke Gardens location. I would definitely visit again. The chocolate cake dessert was very good too.

Loved this place! It’s like being in Cuba, visiting a museum, and having family cool you a meal. The photos and nostalgic devices are very numerous and varied. I walked around for 10 minutes reading things and admiring the photos. What a great ambiance. I had the 1957 chicken, which was a huge portion and very delicious. The service is fabulous. There is ample seating. I will definitely be back!

This place is a blast of fun! Great food, great drinks and today we received excellent service from Laura. Her attitude and professional service made night very enjoyable. Some nights there's a wait, but most of the time the place is large enough that you get seated quickly. The hostesses always have a great attitude and are always helpful. This is a go-to place for a fun music filled night of food and drinks. There is live music many days of the week there. Highly Recommended.
